Same-Day Junk Removal — When It Has To Be Gone Today
Closing is tomorrow. The inspection is at 2. The tenants arrive this weekend. Sometimes junk removal is an emergency, and we built our schedule to handle it.
How same-day works here — no games: standard job price plus a flat $100 rush fee. That's it. The rush fee is what it costs us to break the route and get a crew to you today, and we'd rather charge it honestly than pad the quote and pretend.
A word about "same-day" ads: plenty of operators advertise same-day service that quietly means "same day we get around to it." When we commit to a window today, a truck shows up in that window today — or the rush fee comes off the bill.

Pre-listing and pre-inspection hauls · Move-out deadlines · Rental turnovers with tenants arriving · "My in-laws land tonight" situations
Call before noon and same-day is almost always doable in ABQ or Rio Rancho. After noon, we'll tell you straight whether we can make it — or whether first-thing-tomorrow at standard pricing is the smarter play.
